Crocs Appoints New Marketing Chief

Crocs Inc., known for its colorful plastic shoes, named Andy Sackmann its new CMO. Sackmann joined Crocs as VP of marketing in June 2011 and led the company's global e-commerce team, among other duties. In his new role, he will lead all aspects of Crocs' marketing; including the company's brand, advertising, consumer promotions and online communications campaigns. Before joining Crocs, Sackmann served as account director at advertising firm Crispin Porter & Bogusky.
