Millennial Acquires Metaresolver, Rowehl Spearheads Programmatic

Millennial Media today announced that its acquisition of real-time mobile ad tech platform Metaresolver is complete. Metaresolver founders Seamus McAteer, Mike Rowehl, and Cindy Mesaros will join Millennial's management team. According to the release, Rowehl will lead Millennial's programmatic platform efforts.
