Nancy Roth has joined Pittsburgh-based MARC USA as senior vice president, media director, the agency confirmed. Most recently, Roth was with Spark Communications as a director of media strategy. Roth will be based at MARC’s Chicago office, where she will oversee the agency’s 50-member media department serving clients including Rite Aid, Payless ShoeSource, the Pennsylvania Lottery, True Value Hardware, Cooper Tires and others. She replaces Dan Albert, who retired this year.
