P&G Post Strong Q3, Beats Wall Street Estimates

Procter & Gamble, the nation's largest advertiser, Wednesday said third quarter sales rose 13 percent and profits rose 14 percent over the third quarter of 2003. The results beat a consensus of Wall Street analysts' estimates by a penny a share.
