Wego.com, a travel search engine for the Asia Pacific and Middle East, today announced the addition of a new audience engagement platform as part of their programmatic advertising stack. The platform is geared towards hotel and airline providers, but Wego expects other travel-related services to use it as well.
Advertisers using the platform will "follow people, not places," stated Rick Mulia, the company's vice president media and advertising solutions. He also stated that the platform "provides a quality audience with high travel intent."
The company claims an audience spanning 52 Wego Web sites in 30 different languages with over $1.2 billion in bookings each quarter.
