John Needham, Time Inc.'s senior vice president of public affairs, has left the company for a startup venture. During his tenure, Needham was the founder and president of
Fortune magazine's
Conference Division. Succeeding Needham will be Dawn Bridges, starting on Oct. 18. Until last February, Bridges was executive vice president of corporate communications at Warner Music Group.
