Maven Forms Group To Focus On Broadband Video
Sep 27, 2004, 12:00 AM
Desktop video provider Maven Networks, Inc. launched the Maven Agency Partner Program (MAPP). MAPP members receive incentives on Maven solutions, along with consulting and training resources for advertising agencies to create broadband marketing campaigns utilizing Maven's Media System (TM). MAPP offers tiered margins for agencies to resell the Maven platform, with the opportunity to earn incremental discounts over the course of multiple years. Partners are provided with help designing demos and prototypes, and receive training on best practices to fully utilize the platform. Maven's professional services group offers application design, development, and strategic consulting so partners can apply new technologic capabilities to their client's marketing strategies.
Separately, Maven also launched the Broadband Marketing Consortium (BMC) on Monday. The BMC is a collaboration of marketers to measure consumer response to the emerging trend of receiving interactive video content over the Web directly from brands they trust. Maven will work with each participant to develop a branded channel that includes attitudinal and behavioral research components designed to evaluate consumer response to the channel.
