Spring, O'Brien, based in New York, has been awarded the advertising account of Emirates. The billings for 2003 will be $2.5 million. Other finalists in the creative review included Mad Dogs and Englishmen and Leagas Delaney. Spring, O'Brien, which was the incumbent agency, has handled the airline's advertising for the past seven years.
