BSUR Concepting has won the Wrangler Jeans account. The international creative consultancy was awarded the account after a five-month review in Europe. Wrangler's previous agency was Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO London. The campaign, breaking in September, will consist of print and outdoor components. Spending was not revealed.
