Circuit City has named the Chicago office of Draft as its promotional marketing agency of record. Draft helped develop a holiday campaign with Pizza Hut that launched this month and incorporates Circuit City's new tag line, "Just what I needed" into an online, in-store, and in-home outreach. Spending was not released.
