Time Warner Cable has responded to a disruption in Roadrunner email service saying that they are examining the issue. The problem is keeping some Roadrunner users from receiving and sending emails but it is not systemwide. "We've identified an issue and our engineers are working on it," Michael Pedelty, a spokesman for Time Warner told JournalStar.com. "We apologize for any inconvenience this causes."
Called TW three times of the last two days and never get an estimate or reason for host having problems. TechSupport said I should lose any emails and they will load when resolved. I average 60-120 emails daily but only 7-10 came through sporadically that last two days. Plus several customer complaints about not responding to their orders or emails so pretty sure that is not true. When I asked for some financial support for being down, they stated they would credit me the two days prorated. Really?
