Prior to that, Goldhersz was founder and CEO of MediaCom Digital and CEO of Beyond Interactive, merging four separate entities -- Beyond Interactive, MediaCom Digital, media.com and Grey E-Media.
Goldhersz's responsibilities at MediaCom will be absorbed by the agency's current leadership team, led by Worldwide Chairman
and CEO Stephen Allan.
Goldhersz has also been CEO of MediaCom North America since 2011, a role that will now be assumed by Phil Cowdell, currently president of client services at GroupM. He previously served as CEO and then chairman of Mindshare North America, leading the agency to nearly $2 billion in new business wins in less than two years.
