ALLEN MILMAN, the travel industry marketing executive who built his reputation developing major high-end Caribbean destinations and popular New York nightspots, has joined Cox Advertising, a Soho-based full-service marketing and brand communications agency, to oversee its travel-related, upscale markets, and luxury goods accounts.
