ANN HAYDEN, a managing partner of Young & Rubicam in New York, is the new chairperson of BPA International, the media auditing firm. Hayden was elected to serve as chairman during 2002-2003. Prior to joining Y&R, Hayden was chief executive officer of Saatchi & Saatchi Business Communications.
