Charles Oliva, former Director of Product Marketing & Business Development with At Road, Inc., has accepted the position of Vice President of Marketing at Vindigo, the leading developer of location-based applications for wireless and mobile devices. Oliva will focus on customer acquisition and retention for Vindigo 2.0, the company's immensely popular personal navigation application, which for $24.95 per year helps subscribers to find places to eat, shop, and play in over 25 major cities.
