MERRILL BROWN, who resigned two months ago from MSNBC.com, has joined Seattle's RealNetworks Inc., where he will head the digital media company's consumer division as Senior Vice President for
RealOne Services. At MSNBC.com, Brown served as Senior Vice President and Editor in Chief. He resigned June 21, citing frustration with the partnership between Microsoft Corp. and NBC.
