MaxWorldwide, Inc., formerly L90, today announced that BILL WISE, who recently joined MaxWorldwide from DoubleClick, has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer of the company, a newly formed position. Wise joined MaxWorldwide as Executive Vice President in July 2002 where his responsibilities included overseeing strategy and corporate development for MaxWorldwide as well as managing the MaxOnline Direct division. Most recently he was the Vice President of Business Strategy and Direct Marketing for DoubleClick's North American Media Network.
