360 Youth, an Alloy, Inc. Company, announced the hire of CHARLIE MARINO as VP, Location Media. Charlie will oversee the country's largest network of in-school media, comprised of over 40,000 media boards in 10,000 high-schools. In Marino's 21 year career in outdoor advertising he has held positions such as President/General Manager of the Baltimore Division of Eller Media and Regional General Manager of Revere National Corporation.
