BA's Brand And Customer Experience Director Departs

British Airways' managing director for brand and customer experience, Frank van der Post, is set to leave the company after four years. He will become chief commercial officer at Dutch telecommunications firm, KPN, leaving the airline in February 2015. His departure leaves British Airways' head of marketing and van der Post's second-in-command, Abigail Comber, temporarily at the helm. A spokesman for British Airways said van der Post's replacement would be announced "in due course".
