Arbitron Inc. has named IAN SAMUEL as client service representative for Arbitron Advertiser/Agency Services. Samuel is responsible for selling Arbitron services and providing client support to Arbitron Advertiser/Agency's clients in markets ranked above 150. Samuel has been with Arbitron for more than two years as a client service representative for radio stations in the Midwest where he provided training and service to clients for Arbitron ratings as well as Scarborough data.
