Ripple Effects Interactive announced that DAVID TRAINOR NAMIR has joined its Philadelphia office as an account supervisor. Namir, who was most recently director of marketing and communications at the Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance, lead the organization through a rebranding campaign that covered all areas of marketing communications.
