Weather.com has promoted RUSS BLEY to sales director for the Detroit territory. Previously, Bley served as an account manager in the company's Chicago office. Additionally, DAN MAUCH has joined the company as sales director of its West Coast region. Mauch comes to weather.com from USA Today and USAToday.com, where he most recently served as director of advertising sales for website.
