Forbes has hired FRANK THOM as group advertising director West. Thom will be responsible for managing all sales efforts in the western region, with an emphasis on the technology category and the automotive sector in Los Angeles. Most recently, Thom managed the West Coast sales team for U.S. News & World Report.
