Redstone Communications has promoted GAIL JOHNSTON from vice president/management supervisor to vice president/director of account service. Her new responsibilities include oversight of the agency’s account service group. She will also continue to have supervisory duties on selected accounts and serves on the agency’s management committee. The company also named BARBARA MILLER as a senior account executive. In her new position, she plans and coordinates marketing activities for a variety of clients.
