Tacoda Systems has elevated CHARLES C. SMITH from VP-operations, to the newly created position of VP of publisher sales. Smith will take over the duties of ROBERT TAS, who is leaving the behavioral targeting company. Prior to joining Tacoda in April 2002, Smith was EVP for corporate development at Real Media, where he coordinated global business planning, business development, and merger & acquisition activities.
