Hillary Clinton Used Personal Email When Secretary of State

Hillary Clinton used her personal email account while she was secretary of state, not an official government account. In fact, she didn't have a government email address during her four years serving in the post. Since her emails were not preserved on department servers, she could be in violation of the Federal Records Act.
