KEVIN LABICK, the former VP of Solutions and CEO at KPE, has joined Web design and technology firm Refinery as Vice President of Practice Development. He will also head up the media and telecommunications practice, acting as a key agency contact for such clients as Comcast. Juxt Interactive has hired JEFFREY JOSLIN as VP of East Coast Business Development, establishing the Newport Beach, California-based interactive shop's first physical presence in the Northeast. Most recently, Joslin was Director of Business Development at helloNetwork, a U.S. and Japan-based wired and wireless media streaming software developer. There, he initiated and developed sales co-marketing partnerships with Motorola, BBDO, Carlson Marketing Group and NetCreations, among others.
