Jumpstart Digital Marketing, Inc., an interactive media sales, marketing and technology company, has hired ERNEST "SKIP" ESCH to be Director of Sales & Strategy, a new position in the company's Local Advertising Sales Division. Esch comes to Jumpstart Digital Marketing from AOL Time Warner Inc. where, mostly recently, he was Senior Manager, Automotive-Local Partnership Group, based in New York.
