TIM McHALE: Underscore Marketing

Underscore Marketing LLC, a cross-platform media consulting firm, announced the departure of company CEO TIM McHALE, who will create a new sell-side venture. The new venture, Madison Avenue Consultants LLC, will offer insight to publishers on how to better address buy-side marketer/agency needs in the age of consolidation. McHale’s responsibilities will be absorbed by the existing Underscore management team. Terms of the separation are confidential, but amicable to both parties.
