Holden's experience included positions as Senior Vice President of Marketing at USA Network, Vice President of Marketing at MSNBC, and Vice President, Consumer Products/New Business Promotions at Nickelodeon. Most recently, she was consulting for Discovery Networks on strategic media partnerships. Fragetti has 25 years of experience at News Corporation where his roles included Executive Vice President of New America's FSI Division, CFO of the New York Post, and CFO and General Manager positions with Murdoch Magazines and News America's In-Store Division. Fragetti's responsibilities include NNN's newspaper relations, media operations, and strategic alliances.
