BARBARA SHIMAITIS has joined the organization as Senior Vice President, Interactive Services. Shimaitis will lead the development of the Ad
Council's new Interactive Services Department and manage the organization's Internet operations, including the development and management of adcouncil.org. Prior to joining the Ad Council, Shimaitis
served as a partner at Fergus O'Daly Associates, where she established an Internet consulting services firm with a focus on marketing, brand development, website strategy, design and development.
