Cox Target Media (CTM) has promoted
MIKE TINZ to general manager of the Minneapolis/St. Paul Valpak sales office. Tinz joined CTM in 2000 as sales manager of the Los Angeles/Cerritos
owned and operated sales office to help build a sales team, grow readership content, and increase profit margins and distribution in the greater Los Angeles market. Before joining CTM, Tinz served as
classified sales director of the Community Newspaper Company in Needham, Mass.
