MSNBC.com announced that CHARLES TILLINGHAST has been named Vice President of Sales & Business Development. In this role, Tillinghast will lead advertising sales efforts, including cross-media sales and development of new revenue channels. He will also manage MSNBC.com's content and distribution partnerships, which currently include Reuters, Financial Times, Newsweek and the Washington Post.
