IBM's Changing Roll Requires A Spinoff

IBM's push into marketing makes some believe Big Blue should spin off its traditional businesses in software and consulting. Of course, research analyst Jay Wei focuses on what's best for investors. He doesn't believe the company should run a traditional software service alongside its new endeavor of building out cloud services and analysts. While the two are different, companies need to slowly make that transition and continually need support. What do you think?
