OgilvyOne, San Francisco, has hired ARTHUR CERIA as executive creative director. Ceria joins the agency from Euro RSCG Worldwide, New York, where he spent the past four years as executive creative director for integrated communications working on such brands as Volvo, MCI, Intel, Evian, and Polaroid.
