Carat Interactive, a division of Carat North America, has made
TOBY GABRINER chief operating officer. In this role, Gabriner will oversee all agency services and U.S locations, and
contribute to the overall strategy and direction of the agency. Gabriner had most recently served as executive vice president, managing director of Carat Interactive.
