Starcom USA, a full-service media agency unit of Starcom MediaVest Group, has hired ELIZABETH HERBST-BRADY as senior vice president/director of broadcast investment. Herbst-Brady will relocate from New York City to Chicago, where she will assume primary responsibility for all agency television investment activities—including broadcast, cable, and syndication. She joins Starcom from her job as EVP of advertising sales at Universal Television.
