BILLY HALL: TNT

BILLY HALL has joined Turner Network Television (TNT) as vice president of programming. He is responsible for all scheduling for the network, as well as managing the programming department and budget. Hall comes to TNT from Fox Movie Channel, where he served as vice president of programming and production.
