RALPH TERKOWITZ has joined
WhenU's board of directors. He is presently a general partner at ABS Capital Partners, focusing on companies within the media and communication as well as
technology sectors. He also serves on TRUSTe’s board, and was formerly CIO/CTO of the Washington Post Company.
