TBWA Worldwide has appointed BRETT GOSPER, currently general manager of McCann Erickson New York, as president, TBWA New York Group. TBWA also announced that TOM CARROLL, currently president of the Americas, will be promoted to the position of vice-chairman. Prior to joining McCann in 2003, Gosper was CEO of Euro RSCG Wnek Gosper in London since 1995.
