DOJ Investigating Arizona Election Day Troubles

The Arizona primary saw unexpected lines in Maricopa County where voter turnout was seriously misjudged by elections officials. Some voters were in line for five hours as the county decided to cut polling places from 200 in 2012 to 60 this year. Expected turnout was 23%, whereas actual turnout ended up being around twice that.
