BRIAN OFFUTT has been named senior vice president, Nickelodeon & Viacom Consumer Products. In this new position, he will oversee Paramount's licensing and merchandising activities. Offutt formerly was chief operating officer of Broadway Video Entertainment, where he was responsible for the company's post-production business unit.
