Delivra Releases New Email Software Package For Retail SMBs

Email marketing software provider Delivra has released a suite of new email solutions to help small- to medium-sized retail business owners personalize their email marketing campaigns.

Delivra for Commerce is a new software package incorporating marketing automation features such as shopping cart abandonment triggered email marketing campaigns and integrations with popular ecommerce providers and SMB platforms.

Delivra for Commerce features a new automated dashboard with pre-defined triggered email workflows and drip campaigns, including a triggered email series for welcoming new customers, re-engaging old customers and trade show follow-up.

Additional product features include seasonal email templates, more finite segmentation capabilities and a flagging feature for marketers to highlight specific events and purchases for further follow-up.

Delivra has also unveiled new integrations with Google Analytics Commerce, Magento, Shopify and WooCommerce. Leveraging Google Analytics, Delivra customers now have access to key data metrics such as email conversion rates and revenue attribution, and integrations with Magento and Shopify propel Delivra’s technology to small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).

The Indianapolis-based company provides a suite of email marketing software and services, including email deliverability tools, newsletter production and database management. Delivra claims to work with over 700 clients across industries and is compatible with a host of third-party platforms through a myriad of integrations, including Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, DropBox and Google Drive.

Marketing automation use is growing among small business owners, and a recent poll of 700 SMBs by software vendor Salesfusion illustrates that a majority now use marketing automation technologies.

Sixty-two percent of SMBs surveyed by the company responded that they currently use marketing automation software, with increased lead volume and lead nurturing as the predominant motivations for using a marketing automation vendor.
