FKQ Advertising + Marketing was named agency of record for Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority, following a two-month RFP process. The agency selection process consisted of RFPs from 76 different agencies. The first round resulted in five finalists being selected, including FKQ, for the second round of in-person judging. PSTA and FKQ have already started work on consumer-driven initiatives, including branding for a multicounty fare collection system and rapid transit naming conventions. "FKQ is proud to be named PSTA's new agency of record and we value the opportunity to utilize our expertise and credentials to deliver strong results that will promote and encourage a customer-oriented public transit system in Pinellas County," said Lisa Faller, president and CEO of FKQ.
