Whatever company or entity ends up buying Yahoo might be obligated to pay Mozilla annual payments of $375 million through 2019, Recode reports, citing a contract between the two companies. The
obligation apparently depends on whether or not Mozilla wants to work with the next owner of Yahoo’s assets, and was agreed to by Yahoo CEO Marissa Mayer.
