REVOLVING DOOR: CP+B Miami Adds Three Creative Directors

CP+B Miami promoted Alvaro Ramos and Jeff Siegel to creative director and also hired Juan Perez as creative director. The moves follow two big wins for the agency. CP+B Miami was named global agency of record for mobile marketplace app letgo, and tasked to lead Vonage's shift to a business-to-business brand. For the past year and half, Ramos and Siegel served as associate creative directors, working on Vonage, Ryder, Mission 22, Santa Margherita and launching letgo in the US. Prior to CP+B, Ramos spent time at 180 Amsterdam, BBDO, Leo Burnett and FCB on clients in Spain, Amsterdam, Peru and the US. Siegel joined the agency from EnergyBBDO, where he was vice president/associate creative director on Wrigley, Lay's Quaker, Ziploc and Raid. Prior to that, he held creative roles at Cole & Weber and Publicis. Perez previously freelances for CP+B LA, and will join the Miami office full-time. Previously, he was group creative director at Grupo Gallegos on Mitsubishi, Comcast, Valvoline and JCPenney. Perez also served as co-executive creative director at BLITZ, working on Naked Juice, Cici's Pizza, and Mirage Resort & Casino. "Alvaro and Jeff have been stars here for a while," said Chuck Porter, Chairman of CP+B. "They're not just serious talents, they never quit – they have the passion and drive that it takes to actually get good work produced. And Juan, well, he made himself so valuable during his freelance stint that we just had to get him here for real. This is all really good news for Miami and for CP+B.
