Online dating site True.com yesterday launched an online advertising program, signing Oxygen Media as its first Partner. True.com's new service will allow Oxygen Media to target potential consumers by
demographic and geographic preferences, and receive daily and weekly ad performance reports as well as historical data on best performing dates and visitor statistics, True.com said in a statement.
"Oxygen.com is working hard to promote two original shows that we are very proud of, including 'Mr. Romance,' which is sponsored by TRUE, and 'Confessions of a Sociopathic Social Climber,'"
Betsy Finston of Oxygen Media said in a statement. "Given our core demographic of young women, it's a natural fit for us to advertise on a well-trafficked and respected online dating site like TRUE."
