Holiday Email Volume Increased in 2015, As Engagement Went Down

The number of retailers that sent holiday-themed email messages increased 13.4 percent in 2015, as compared to 2014, according to Yesmail. While the number of campaigns increased, engagement went down. The report looked at data from 30 major retailers collected between June 1 and December 31 in 2014 and 2015.
