Joseph Ostrow will step down from his post as president and CEO of the Cabletelevision Advertising Bureau, and become a consultant to the group effective March 31, 2003. Ostrow joined the group in 1994 after an agency career that spanned three decades. Ad volume among CAB members grew from $5 billion to $15 billion annually during his watch. The CAB Board of Directors has formed search committee to replace Ostrow, hopefully by the end of the year.
