InsightExpress has named William E. Lipner and Patrick G. Healy as chairman and chief executive officer and vice-chairman, respectively. Lipner and Healy recently held similar positions with NFO
WorldGroup, a marketing research firm that is now part of Taylor Nelson Sofres PLC. Lipner served as chairman and CEO of NFO for 22 years. He led a management buyout in 1991, took NFO public in 1993,
and successfully sold NFO to The Interpublic Group in 2000. Concurrent with the sale, Lipner became executive vice-chairman of TNS. He retired from that position in March 2004. Healy joins
InsightExpress as vice-chairman, where he will work with the InsightExpress team on the overall operations of the company with an emphasis on the company's financial, strategic planning, mergers and
acquisitions, and human resources functions. Healy spent 12 years with NFO, originally joining as its executive vice president and chief financial officer in 1993. - Amy Corr
